Wellness App for Seniors

Our app focuses on allowing seniors to keep track of their medications, appointments with doctors or friends, and any events that they may need to remember, like birthdays. This app is perfect for seniors who are struggling with old-age-related memory loss because the app remembers it all for you! Our app successfully combines multiple features in one place so that users only need one app for all their needs.

On-Boarding/Sign In

The onboarding page allows users to sign in to their account or create an account if they don't have one. There is a feature walkthrough page, to allow new users to get familiar with the functions of the app easily.

Homepage

The user’s Homepage allows the user to navigate daily tasks and information such as daily events, and reminders, allows them to access and input their daily journal log and their reminders page which features a list of their current and completed/past reminders.

Daily Log

​In the Daily Log page the user is able to journal and keep track of their daily activity, mood, pain levels and other health symptoms. This feature overtime creates a history log of past entries that allow users to easily remember their symptoms, activities and daily thoughts.

Calendar Page

AgeWell’s Calendar Events and Event History

features allow users to keep track of their past a

future activities and appointments. Users are able to create events, add them to their calendar, and view a record of their past events.

Profile Page

The user’s personal profile keeps a record of the user’s personal information, such as medications, current symptoms, and general health information. Users are able to keep track of their medications, blood sugar, and trackable symptoms in the daily log. They are also able to see and edit their personal information, created through the app’s On-boarding process.
